Cauliflower with 4 ingredients

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1,500 g cauliflower florets, frozen
  • 2 tbsp paprika powder, Korean
  • 200 g mozzarella, grated
  • n. B. salt and pepper, black
  • n. B. Oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

from the oven

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Thaw the cauliflower. First, mash the cauliflower with a potato masher, then mix it with all the other ingredients. Place it in an oiled baking dish and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
