Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 cup(s) oatmeal, fine
- 3 cup(s) spelt flakes, coarse
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- ½ cup wheat germ
- 1 cup oat bran
- ½ cup sesame seeds
- 100 g coconut oil
- 90 g honey
- 3 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp cocoa
- 1 pinch of vanilla
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
First: Use a 200-250 ml cup as a measure. Mix together 2 cups of oats, 2 cups of spelt flakes, sunflower seeds, wheat germ, oat bran, sesame seeds, cinnamon, vanilla, salt, and cocoa. Heat the coconut oil slowly and add the honey. The coconut oil should be no hotter than 45°C. Pour the oil and honey mixture over the grain mixture and stir. Spread everything on a baking sheet, pressing down lightly. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30-40 minutes on the middle rack. Turn and press down lightly every 10 minutes. Let the granola cool, then add the remaining oats and spelt flakes and mix.
