Seafood stir-fry

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g seafood, frozen
  • 500 g vegetables, frozen
  • 1 can tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 pinch of chili flakes
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs, Italian
  • some fat for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Thaw the seafood and lightly sauté it in a pan with a little fat. Add the frozen vegetables and fry until thawed. Top with the tomatoes. Season everything with chili, salt, pepper, and herbs.
