Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 400 ml orange juice
  • 100 ml Campari
  • 3 sheets of gelatin

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 10 minutes

Soak the gelatin in cold water. Combine the orange juice and Campari in a tall mug. Dissolve the gelatin in a little water in a hot pot until it is dripping wet. Pour the liquid gelatin into the orange juice and Campari mixture and mix thoroughly with a hand blender. Refrigerate the mixture overnight. The next day, blend the gelatin thoroughly with a hand blender and pour half the amount into the 0.5 liter isi Whip. Screw on two capsules one after the other and shake well. Let stand for about an hour, then froth up the espuma. Repeat with the other half.
