  • Mixed nuts (hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds, pistachios, pumpkin seeds…)

Roughly chop the nuts. Layer sliced ​​butter cheese and Brie on top of each other, top with the nuts, and cover with another layer of butter cheese and Brie. Wrap in foil and refrigerate overnight, weighted down with a saucepan. Then cut into 3 x 3 cm pieces and place in praline molds.
