Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 250 ml juice of pink grapefruit
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 sheet of gelatin
  • Berries, pink
  • 100 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Boil the sugar with 100 ml of water until syrupy. Soak the gelatin in cold water, squeeze out the excess liquid, and melt it in the syrup. Let the syrup cool. Squeeze the grapefruits and strain the juice through a sieve into the cold syrup. Freeze in an ice cream maker and serve with pink berries.
