Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced pork
- 1 kg Brussels sprouts
- 4 potatoes
- 1 bunch of soup vegetables
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- 1 ½ liters of water
- possibly chili sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Brown the ground meat in a pan. Dice the vegetables, onion, and potatoes, add them, and sauté briefly. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Add the trimmed Brussels sprouts to the pan and stir everything together. Finally, add approximately 1-1.5 liters of water and simmer until the sprouts are tender. Season the soup again with the spices. If you like it spicy, you can also add a little chili sauce.
