Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 onions
- 250 g Debreczin sausages
- 1 tbsp butter
- ¾ liter of water
- 1 tsp broth, instant
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 300 g potatoes
- 500 g Brussels sprouts
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Dice the onions. Slice the sausage and fry with the onions. Add the water, broth, and tomato paste, and bring to a boil. Dice the potatoes, halve the Brussels sprouts, and add to the soup. Cook for 10 minutes and season with paprika.
