Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 bulbs of fennel
- 100 g arugula
- 20 grapes, light
- 20 grapes, red
- 1 large onion(s), red
- 100 g feta cheese
- salt and pepper
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon(s), the juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes
Finely slice the fennel, quarter the grapes, wash and tear the arugula, dice the cheese, and finely slice the onion. Mix everything together, drizzle with lemon juice, and add olive oil, pepper, and salt. Ideally, let the salad marinate for a while; this is when it tastes best.
