Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 40 g cereal flakes (5-grain flakes)
- 5 g flaxseed meal
- 10 g sugar-free cornflakes
- 2 g psyllium
- 5 g sunflower seeds
- 3 g chia seeds
- 5 g desiccated coconut
- 20 g sultanas
- 10 g almond(s), chopped
- 2 g cinnamon powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
with fiber
Weigh all ingredients and mix in a sealable container. For me, the quantities listed are enough for three servings. I like to mix the muesli in the morning with natural yogurt and plenty of fresh fruit like blueberries, raspberries, apples, and bananas. Of course, you can replace the almonds with other nuts, or use cranberries or chopped apricots instead of the sultanas. The possibilities are endless. I just wanted to introduce you to my current favorite muesli mix.
