Zucchini vegetables with brunch tomato sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 tbsp Brunch Paprika Pepper
  • ½ pack of tomato sauce (Tomato al Gusto)
  • Vegeta
  • 1 tsp garlic pepper
  • Parmesan, grated
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Dice the onion and sauté in butter. Halve the zucchini and cut into strips. Add the zucchini to the onions and cook without adding any liquid. Season the zucchini, add the Tomato al Gusto, and stir in the brunch. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired. Tastes great with rice, Ebly, or similar, or simply with a nice fish.
