- 500 g melon(s) (water), pulp
- 50 g honey
- 100 ml orange juice

Cut the fruit flesh into pieces, removing the seeds. Make sure all the seeds are removed, otherwise the sorbet will be very bitter! Puree the pieces with the honey in a blender. Stir in the orange juice. Let it set in an ice cream maker. Or let it set in the freezer, stirring every 30 minutes to prevent crystals from forming.
