Quick berry ice cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g quark (low-fat or semi-skimmed quark)
  • 250 g berries (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, or a berry mix, frozen)
  • Sweetener, as needed
  • possibly lemon juice
  • 4 meringue shells (meringue shells)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Blend the quark with the frozen berries until smooth. Season with sweetener and lemon juice. If desired, add crumbled meringue shells to the ice cream. Crumble more meringue into the dessert bowl and spoon the ice cream over the top.
