Tomato-cucumber salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 small cucumbers
  • 6 tbsp pumpkin seed oil
  • ½ tbsp Balsamic vinegar, white
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 bunch parsley, flat

Instructions

Working time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 6 minutes

probably the simplest variant

Peel the cucumbers and dice them. Dice the tomatoes as well. Mix together a dressing of oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Finely chop the parsley. Mix everything together. Done!
