Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 15 small tangerines
  • 5 oranges
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • 500 g gelling sugar, 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Juice the fruit to produce 1 liter of liquid. Split and scrape open the vanilla pod. Add the vanilla seeds and pod to the liquid along with the gelling sugar. Bring to a boil and simmer for a few minutes. Remove the vanilla pod; if you like, you can cut it into pieces and add one to each jar. Test for settling and fill. Turn the jars upside down for a few minutes.
