Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 350 g plums
- 750 g apple, finely sliced
- 75 g almond flakes
- 3 tbsp raisins, soaked in rum
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tsp gingerbread spice
- 200 ml sparkling wine
- 500 g gelling sugar
- ½ lemon(s), juice

Christmas jam super delicious
First, lightly brown the almonds in a tall steel pot without any fat. As soon as they begin to brown, remove from the heat. Drizzle the sliced apples with lemon juice. Add the plums, raisins, and spices. Return everything to the stovetop and heat everything with the sparkling wine for about 10 minutes. Then add the sugar and let everything simmer for 5 minutes. Then fill into twist-off jars, seal, and turn upside down for 10 minutes. Perfect for gifting!
