Fusilli with pea sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 20 g onion(s)
  • 200 g peas, young
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 500g fusilli
  • 1 handful of salt
  • 1 ½ tbsp ghee

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Fry the chopped onions with 0.5 tablespoons of ghee for 1 minute, then sauté for about 5 minutes. Sauté the peas with 1 tablespoon of ghee for about 20-30 minutes. Puree the peas with the onions and feta. Add more salt to the sauce if desired. Meanwhile, fill a large pot 3/5 full with water. Bring the water to a boil, add the salt, add the pasta, and cook according to the package instructions.
