Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g nacho(s), plain or salted
- 250 ml salsa, mild or hot
- 100 g Jalapeño(s), green, mild or hot
- 150 g Cheddar cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Spread half of the nachos in a 20 x 30 cm baking dish. Then top with half of the salsa and jalapeños and sprinkle with half of the cheese. Repeat until all the ingredients are used. Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan/convection oven). Bake the casserole on the middle rack for about 12 minutes, until golden brown.
