Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g butter
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 6 olives, black
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • ¼ clove(s) garlic
  • rosemary
  • 1 handful of arugula

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Make a dough from flour, milk, butter, and salt and chill for 30 minutes. Then roll it out into a round shape and press it firmly into the edges. Wash the arugula and chop it slightly if necessary. Peel the garlic (amount to taste) and mix it with the crème fraîche in a bowl. Spread this mixture over the dough. Then spread the remaining ingredients on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 200°C. Tip: Also delicious with sliced ​​bell pepper.
