One-Pot Spaghetti

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 500 g leaf spinach, frozen
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 250 g cocktail tomatoes, halved
  • some herbs, Italian
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Place the spaghetti in a baking dish and place the feta cheese in the center. Arrange the spinach leaves and halved tomatoes in the dish. Season to taste and add enough water to come about 0.5-1 cm above the spaghetti. Bake in the oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 30-40 minutes. Mix everything together before serving.
