Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g peas
- 1 potato(s)
- nutmeg
- salt and pepper
- Parsley
- 50 g cheese

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes
Creamy soup without cream
Peel and dice the potatoes, then steam them with the peas in a little water. When both are soft, puree them with the water (careful not to use too much water!). Season with nutmeg, salt, pepper, and parsley. Stir in the cheese and bring to a boil. Serve immediately. Tip: I prefer sliced cheese. Tearing it into flakes makes it look nicer and reveals more of the texture, but grated cheese will also work, of course.
