Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g sweet potatoes
  • 100 g carrot(s)
  • 300 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • 1 tsp hazelnut oil
  • 30 ml soy cream (Soy Cream Cuisine)
  • pinch(s) of salt
  • Ginger
  • turmeric
  • Sumac
  • curry
  • Curry paste, green and red

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes

For the office or a little hunger between meals

Clean the potatoes, carrots, and spring onions, peel them if necessary, and cut them into smaller pieces. Cook them in the vegetable broth until soft. Then puree the soup and add the cream, spices, and oil. Add a little water if necessary until the desired consistency is reached. Season to taste. It tastes great the next day and is a delicious dish for the office.
