Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 potatoes, floury
- 3 olive oil
- 60 g Parmesan, up to 80 g
- ½ lemon(s), grated peel
- Salt and pepper, black
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- ¼ bunch parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Baked potato wedges
Preheat oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Wash and dry the potatoes, and cut them into wedges. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the potato wedges on it. Sprinkle olive oil, paprika, Parmesan cheese, grated lemon zest, salt, and pepper over the potato wedges and mix. Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes, until the potatoes are golden brown. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
