With almond butter, super easy

Finely dice the onion, chop the parsley, and slice the mushrooms. Blend the almond butter with a little hot water until smooth and creamy. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the onions and mushrooms, seasoning with salt, pepper, and chili. Then deglaze with the water and add the bouillon powder. Bring everything to a boil, then stir in the almond cream and bring back to a boil. The longer it simmers, the thicker the sauce will become. Finally, stir in the parsley. The sauce can be eaten with pasta, rice, and vegetables.
