Barbecue Fillet
The perfect barbecue fillet recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Marinade for the meat
- 250 g Bacon slices
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tsp Hickory smoked salt
- 2 tsp Tomato flakes
- 1 tsp Pepper from the grinder
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
- 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 0,5 Ground caraway
- 0,5 Sugar brown
- 0,5 Cayenne powder
- Grind the ingredients for the marinade (except apple cider vinegar), mix olive oil with apple cider vinegar and the ground spices.
- Cut the pork fillet into medallions, flatten it with your hand. Roll pieces of meat in the marinade, then coat with bacon slices. Cook on the grill. Good Appetite
