Barbecue Fillet

The perfect barbecue fillet recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Marinade for the meat

  • 250 g Bacon slices
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tsp Hickory smoked salt
  • 2 tsp Tomato flakes
  • 1 tsp Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
  • 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 0,5 Ground caraway
  • 0,5 Sugar brown
  • 0,5 Cayenne powder
  1. Grind the ingredients for the marinade (except apple cider vinegar), mix olive oil with apple cider vinegar and the ground spices.
  2. Cut the pork fillet into medallions, flatten it with your hand. Roll pieces of meat in the marinade, then coat with bacon slices. Cook on the grill. Good Appetite
