One-Pot Pasta

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200g spaghetti
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • ½ chili pepper(s)
  • 1 handful of baby spinach
  • 1 handful of basil
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Parmesan
  • salt and pepper
  • 500 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 9 minutes; Total time approx. 24 minutes

First, halve the onion and slice into thin rings. Also slice the garlic and chili into thin strips, and halve the cherry tomatoes. Wash the basil and spinach leaves. For the one-pot dish, place the uncooked spaghetti in the center of the pot and surround it with the fresh ingredients. Then drizzle everything with olive oil, pour in water, and season with salt and pepper. When the water starts to boil, cook for about 8-9 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired. The dish is ready.
