Kohlrabi salad with apple

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kohlrabi
  • 1 apple
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 200 g yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 20 g sunflower seeds
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • e.g. sugar or sweetener
  • n. B. Dill
  • e.g. parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

A quick, fresh salad

Peel the kohlrabi and apple and slice them into thin sticks. Drizzle with lemon juice. Add the diced onion. Stir in the sour cream and yogurt. Season with herbs and spices, if desired. Roast the sunflower seeds in a pan and sprinkle over the salad.
