Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 mango(s)
- 4 m.-sized tomatoes
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 1 m.-large onion(s), red
- ½ bunch mint
- 5 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 3 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 organic lime(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
For the salad dressing, mix the sweet chili sauce with the oil. Add the lime zest and juice to the dressing. Finely chop or press the garlic and add it. Peel and dice the mango and cucumber. Halve the tomatoes, remove the cores, and dice them. Trim the bell pepper and peel the red onion, then dice both into slightly smaller cubes. Wash the mint, slice it into strips, and add it. Mix everything together.
