Feta and tomato casserole

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 250 g tomato(s) (cocktail or Roma tomatoes)
  • 3 tbsp germ oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • rosemary

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Thinly slice the feta cheese and tomatoes and arrange them alternately in a small baking dish. Mix the crushed garlic with oil, vinegar, and lemon juice. Season the sauce with pepper, salt, and plenty of rosemary. Pour the sauce over the feta cheese and tomatoes and bake for about 20 minutes, until the feta cheese and tomatoes have reached the desired consistency.
