Zucchini and cream cheese sauce a la Jally

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 small zucchini
  • ½ pack of cream cheese with herbs
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • some cream
  • some pepper, pickled green
  • Cherry tomatoes or cocktail tomatoes
  • curry
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Pepper, colorful from the mill
  • Salt

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Finely dice the zucchini and season with salt and pepper. Sauté it in a little oil with the other spices and the green pepper for about 10 minutes. The zucchini pieces should still be a bit crunchy. Add the cream cheese and stir until melted. Add a splash of cream and the vegetable stock until the desired consistency is reached, then bring to a boil. Just before serving, add the halved tomatoes. This goes perfectly with pasta.
