Salad with berries and buttermilk dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 ml buttermilk
  • 150 g yogurt, skimmed milk
  • some lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill
  • Sugar
  • 1 oak leaf lettuce
  • 1 handful of fresh herbs, e.g. chervil
  • 125 g raspberries
  • 125 g blueberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine buttermilk and yogurt and season with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and sugar. Trim the lettuce, remove the stems, and wash in cold water. Spin the leaves dry and tear into bite-sized pieces. Pick the herb leaves and roughly chop them. Gently mix everything and place in a bowl. Just before serving, drizzle the dressing over the salad and mix briefly. Arrange the berries over the salad.
