Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g strawberries, fresh
  • 200 g low-fat yogurt
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the strawberries and place them in a blender. Blend until frothy, then add the sugar, vanilla sugar, and yogurt and continue blending until well blended. Transfer the mixture to a freezer container and let it set in the freezer. Before serving, let the strawberry ice cream thaw briefly and blend again in the blender. This will give it a soft texture. If you want this ice cream sweeter, you can add more sugar. It tastes more like a water ice than a milk ice cream.
