Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g chicken breast fillet(s), shredded
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 500 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • Salt
  • Pepper, white
  • 70 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Slice the onions into strips. Slice the mushrooms into strips approximately 0.5 cm wide. Fry the onions in hot oil. Add the chicken strips and season with salt and pepper. Add water and simmer for 5 minutes over low heat. Sauté the mushrooms separately and add to the strips. Add the sour cream. Bring to a boil briefly. Let simmer for 10 minutes over low heat. Meanwhile, cook the pasta as usual. Serve the strips over the tagliatelle.
