  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise, 20% fat
  • ½ tbsp chives, in rings
  • ½ tbsp mustard
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • 2 slice(s) whole wheat toast, toasted
  • 2 tsp cress, for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

WW suitable

Roughly mash the eggs and mix with mayo, mustard, and chives. Season with salt and pepper and spread on the toast slices. Garnish with cress.
