Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 m.-sized potato(s)
  • 3 carrots
  • 250 ml vegetable broth (instant 1 tsp.)
  • 3 tbsp processed cheese (25% fat)
  • salt and pepper
  • Chives, in rings, for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finely dice the potatoes and carrots and bring to a boil with the broth. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes, then puree. Stir in the cream cheese and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with the chives.
