Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of puff pastry
  • 400 g leaf spinach
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 120 g cheese (hard)
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 1 egg(s), for brushing

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Finely chop the onion and sauté briefly in oil. Add the spinach leaves and sauté over medium heat until they shrink slightly. Remove from the heat. Finely grate the hard cheese and stir it into the spinach mixture. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Lightly roll out the puff pastry and divide into 6 rectangles. Divide the spinach mixture between the 6 corners and wrap or roll up the parcels (preferably into triangles). Beat the egg and brush it over the puff pastry. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
