Chicken Skewers with Peanut Sauce and Mixed Salad with Orange Dressing

The perfect chicken skewers with peanut sauce and mixed salad with orange dressing recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Chicken skewers:

  • 260 g Fresh chicken breast fillet
  • 150 g 1 große Zwiebel
  • 4 piece Shish kebab sticks
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 2 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill

Peanut sauce:

  • 1 bag Peanut sauce mix (from the Asia shop!)
  • 110 ml Water
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Peanut paste

Mixed salad:

  • 80 g Lamb’S lettuce
  • 80 g Chinese cabbage
  • 80 g Mongoose bean sprouts
  • 25 g 1 Frühlingszwiebel
  • 1 Salatschleuder

Orange dressing:

  • 5 tbsp Fresh pressed orange juice
  • 2 tsp Orange zest
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Liquid honey
  • 1 tbsp Light rice vinegar
  • 2 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 1 big pinch Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 1 powerful splash Tabasco

Serve:

  • 2 Discs Orange
  • 2 * ½ Mini Romana Rispentomate

Chicken skewers:

  1. Clean and wash the chicken breast fillet, pat dry with kitchen paper and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel the onion and cut / assemble into wedges. Thread the chicken breast fillet pieces with the onion wedges onto the shashlik sticks (4 pieces) and slowly fry them on all sides in a pan with sunflower oil (2 tbsp). Season with coarse sea salt from the mill (4 big pinches).

Peanut sauce:

  1. Put water (110 ml) in a small saucepan, sprinkle in the peanut sauce mix and slowly heat everything. Add the sugar (1 tbsp), the olive oil (1 tbsp) and the peanut paste (1 tbsp) and heat everything for a few minutes, stirring constantly.

Mixed salad:

  1. Clean, cut and wash the salads and spring onions, spin dry with a salad spinner and mix well.

Orange dressing:

  1. Put all the ingredients (5 tbsp orange juice, 2 tsp orange zest, 4 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp liquid honey, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 2 big pinches of coarse sea salt from the mill, 1 big pinch of colored pepper from the mill and 1 strong splash of Tabasco) in Put in a bowl and stir with a small whisk.

Serve:

  1. Serve chicken skewers (2 pieces each) with the peanut sauce and a portion of Feldsa-lat with the orange dressing, each garnished with an orange slice and half a mini Romana vine tomato.
