Chicken Leg with Orange and Raisin Sauce

Ingredients
 

  • 4 Chicken leg
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Five spice powder
  • 0,25 L Vegetable broth
  • 3 Oranges
  • 75 g Raisins
  • 2 tbsp Clarified butter
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 bunch Soup vegetables
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp Sauce binders
  • Herbs mixed and chopped.

Instructions
 

  • Season the chicken leg with salt, pepper and five-spice powder. Heat the clarified butter in a roaster and fry the legs in it. Clean the vegetables and cut into small pieces. Peel onions and cut them into fine pieces. Add the diced onion and diced vegetables to the chicken drumsticks and fry them. Put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees and fry for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the chicken drumsticks, stir in the tomato paste, deglaze with the stock, thicken the sauce and add the raisins to the sauce. Peel and dice the oranges and add them to the sauce. Season the sauce again and mix in the herbs. Bon Appetit!
