Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 125 g pasta (croissant)
- 300 g tuna, marinated in oil
- 175 g mandarin orange(s), in wedges
- 2 bananas
- 50 g olives, stuffed with peppers
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- Salt
- Pepper, freshly ground
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook the pasta shells in salted water according to the package instructions. Drain the tuna in a colander and then shred it with a fork. Drain the mandarin oranges as well. Peel the banana and slice it thinly. Slice the olives as well. Mix the pasta with the fruit, olives, and tuna. For the sauce, combine the oil, yogurt, and ketchup. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Let stand for at least two hours.
