- 300 g sauerkraut
- 300 g smoked pork
- 500 g gnocchi
- 100 g cheese, grated

Super fast, easy, seasonal
Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan/convection oven). Cook the gnocchi in salted water according to the package instructions. In the meantime, dice the smoked pork. Place the sauerkraut, smoked pork, and gnocchi in a baking dish and mix well. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for about 15 minutes, until golden brown.
