Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 can of sauerkraut (600g)
- 250 g tagliatelle pasta
- 200 g ham, cooked
- 150 g cheese, grated
- 1 cup of cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cook pasta al dente, rinse with cold water, and drain. Dice the ham. Grease a baking dish. Layer pasta first, then sauerkraut, ham, cheese, and another layer of each. Pour cream over the pasta and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
