Curry Camembert

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 125 g Camembert(s), fully ripe
  • ½ red onion, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp butter, soft
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp curry
  • 1 handful of parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Oabazda as we like him

Roughly dice the Camembert. Finely dice the onion. Weigh and chop the parsley. Combine all ingredients, except salt and pepper, in a glass or porcelain bowl. Mash firmly with a fork and mix until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate the curry oabazda for a while before eating, then serve with fresh bread.
