Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g quark, 20%
- 250 g quark, 40%
- some milk
- ½ bunch chives
- ½ bunch parsley
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- some cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine the quark with a little milk and cream in a bowl and mix well. Finely chop the herbs, garlic, and onion and add to the quark mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Delicious as a spread or as a dip for vegetables.
