Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 bags of rice, cooked, cooled
- ½ bell pepper(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 can tuna in oil
- some vinegar
- salt and pepper
- possibly corn
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Rice salad with tuna and peppers
Drain some of the oil from the tuna and add the rest to the rice along with the tuna. Then dice the bell pepper and onion and stir in. Add a small splash of vinegar and season with salt and pepper. It tastes best chilled. A little tip: Sweetcorn adds an extra kick to the salad.
