Fried ham and cheese rolls

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of cooked ham
  • 1 pack of Gouda cheese, sliced
  • 1 egg(s)
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Fat, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Rinse the cooked ham and pat dry with a paper towel. Place half a slice of Gouda cheese inside the whole slice of ham and roll up. Coat in egg and breadcrumbs. Place in a pan to fry. When the rolls are golden brown, remove them and let the fat drain off. Serve hot.
