Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 750 ml broth
  • 500 g broccoli, frozen, in florets
  • some cauliflower, frozen, about 4 florets
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 pinch of chili flakes
  • 1 pinch of herbal salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Sauté the finely chopped onion in a little oil in a pan. Then add the peeled, diced carrot and deglaze with the stock. Add the broccoli and cauliflower. The liquid should just cover the vegetables. Simmer the vegetables over low heat for 10 minutes. Then puree and season.
