Spicy chard in cream sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 chard
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 chili pepper(s)
  • 1 Cremefine
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Sugar
  • sesame
  • Hazelnut oil, optional
  • Rapeseed oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes

Finely chop the onions, garlic, and chard stalks. Sauté in a pan with the chili pepper and a little sesame seeds in a little rapeseed oil for about 3-5 minutes. Cut the chard leaves into strips and add them. Deglaze with Cremefine and simmer for 1 minute, seasoning to taste. Finally, stir in a little hazelnut oil, if desired. Serve with rice or pasta. Variations: With grated cheese or meatballs, ham, mushrooms, tomatoes, or curry. You see, the sky’s the limit.
