Turkey Goulash with Brown Mushrooms

The perfect turkey goulash with brown mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 600 g Turkey breast fillet
  • 1 tsp Clarified butter
  • 500 g Mushrooms brown
  • 2 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp Sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp Rosemary
  • 200 ml Chicken broth instant
  • 150 g Rice
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  1. Wash the meat thoroughly, pat dry and cut into small pieces. Put the flour, salt, pepper, paprika and rosemary in a bowl and turn the meat in it. In the meantime, wash, clean and halve the mushrooms. Halve the onions and cut into fine strips, peel the garlic and cut into fine pieces.
  2. Let the clarified butter get hot in a roaster and sear the meat, remove it and set it aside.
  3. Now fry the onion, garlic and mushrooms in the roasting tray. Now pour in the broth and add the rice. Let the rice cook for about 15 minutes; Pour in the soy sauce in between. The rice must not boil dry; if necessary, pour in the broth again.
  4. After the cooking time, add the meat to the rice again and fold in. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
