Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g tagliatelle, green
  • 500 g minced meat, half and half
  • 6 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • 1 large can of mushrooms
  • 2 small cans of tomato paste
  • 0.33 bottle of tomato ketchup
  • 6 tomatoes
  • 2 packs of cheese (slices)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Don’t overcook the pasta. Season and fry the minced meat. Chop the ham and mushrooms into small pieces and add them to the minced meat. Season and thicken the meat mixture with tomato paste and ketchup to taste. The mixture should be hearty and well-rounded. Slice the tomatoes. Layer the mixture in the casserole dish as follows: pasta, meat mixture, tomato slices, cheese. Repeat 1-4 times, depending on the casserole dish. The final layer is pasta with cheese! Bake in the oven at 225°C for approx. 20 minutes. If the cheese gets too brown, cover with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
