Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g spaghetti, colorful
- salt water
- 1 tbsp oil
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 400 g feta cheese or sheep’s cheese
- 4 onions
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 3 tbsp oil

Cook the spaghetti in salted water with oil until al dente. Meanwhile, chop the onions and fry them in a pan, add the ground beef, and cook both. Season well with salt and pepper. Crumble the feta cheese and add it to the cooked ground beef. Melt the feta cheese and season again. Drain the cooked spaghetti, place it in a bowl, and stir in the ground beef and feta mixture. Add 3 tablespoons of oil, mix well, and season again. Tastes delicious hot or cold!
